I log in start playing...a few minutes later I bet bumped off, try to log back in immediately and arena is full? :furious

Really...until an arena hits 400 or so, there should only be one with no caps.  Silly to see 90/400 and 101/400 caps in late war arenas.

I will say this about arena caps....... Sometimes they don't make much sense. 

But what I find to be particularly peculiar is what they ever go down below 200.  Mid day USA, primetime for Europe, it shouldn't be ###/100
