    Athlon XP1600
    Win2k SP2
    Geforce2MX 32MB
    512MB DDR RAM

Thats what I did ammo and have had zero problems.  I think each is just a minor improvement on the former.  Piece of cake to install too  :)

Good luck!

I think the newest is the 4.35s, I'd just get them.

nother question, looking at the MB manual, it states that teh default jumper setting for the CPU Host clock select is 100MHz, but I can set it at 133MHz. Which shopuld I use if I am using PC2100 RAM?

Your new CPU is a Athlon XP 1600 right?  Use 133 MHz for bus speed with a 10.5x multiplier.  Read this down where it explains PC2100--use 133MHz.
