like my radio buddies say, only 1% of the actually listeners call so what you hear is that vocal minority. I'm sure the percentage is a bit higher here but not by much after seeing the results off the 2007 poll and this one. Only surprise for me is the A26 was bumped but looking back i should have took that as a possibility since the b-29 took away some if it's votes.

I'll be waiting to see how they impliment it without killing the base game.

Perhaps no formation ability.  Keep it to a single machine per player.  

I don't know if its necessary though......The B29 had some great qualities but I dont those qualities necessarily translate over to the game.  Besides, if they are below 20k they will be attacked and killed along with most of the other bombers.  if they are above 20-25k, who cares.

Overwhelming victory for the B29 (59%-41%) as I expected :/
Disappointed at how low a Soviet aircraft came in the initial round... :/

I wouldn't brag too loudly about an overwhelming victory. Depends on the numbers... if you think about it, 6 out of 10 people would be same ratio. 80% to 20% would be more of something to brag about.

They'll have to handicap it in some way to keep from killing the game.

Me 262 didn't kill the game either... the secret is called: Perk Points.



As Yeager said: at low alts they will get killed much like other bombers. If they fly at 25k, they have to climb for 45 to 60 minutes AND flying a perk plane ensures that most will try to take their time to land their bird. All that is time consuming. A noe horde of 110s is often way more effective.

And do not overestimate the number of players having 20k buff perks. It's only a small fraction.

The first tour will see B-29 mayhem everywhere for sure... but it will settle down.

Well since it has gun turrets I would say that's a B29A.
