Any Caddy with the 4.3 litre V-8. Worst motor ever made IMHO. They used a all aluminum block and heads and put cast iron sleeves in the cylinders.

1984 Ford Tempo----pretty much all fords, thier electrical charging systems are crap and always will be. If you've ever owned one you know all about the big grey motorcraft ignition box on the inner fender. And they have the ugliest dash layouts of any cay maker.....ever!

aawww....c'mon..you don't like the duraspark ignition?

and an fyi......the EC5 control system is one of the best domestic engine control systems there is.

add the mercury mistake to that list of p.o.s. ford motor company crapola...doesn't include the ford pickups and broncos from the 70s.

My first car , Zaporozhets. Had downsized copy of air cooled Porsche 911 engine. 1litre 28 or 41 horsepower. Heater was ingenious , fuel dripping on glowing metallic stripe ! That somehow was suppose to generate heat.
