I will be able to take 5 people from Musuem to Hotel Saturday night and 5 people to Pikes Place market Sat and back to your veh's/plane whichever. I think Warspawn and his group would be the only ones needing a ride since everyone else will have there own veh's. Shegotya said she would be able to transport some also.

Randy's restaurant is open 24/7 and I got their "back area" for us.

Last but, not least there are so many players that do not read the forums so please pass this on within your squads, country and the occasional shout out on channel 200 would help and though I anticipate the west coast to be greater and bigger each year we do this the first one is always the "start" which tends to be a little smaller of a group. I am leaning towards Seafair weekend next year here is a sneak peek http://www.seafair.com/AnEvent.aspx?ID=17&SecID=935
but, for now let's get the info. above filled in and some more to join in!

Kvou75 if you  and your brother want you can stay at my place Friday night. We can drive up in my Silvarado to the Museum of flight and then go to hotel Sat night. Or you can follow me to Museum of flight that way we can get Warspawn and all his passengers to their destination Saturday to Pikes place market . One of you can sleep on Coleman Blowup matress which is queen size and the other can crash on the coach which is overstuffed and both are comfortable let me know if you guys want to do that it will save you 90+ dollars. let me know Pm me

That is an ok place but, the place across the street from the hotel I booked (Dave's Diner And Brew) is better IMHO and walking distance from the hotel so no one is driving and drinking.

I am adding the discounted rate for Friday to the booking so if you need it it's there and if not then we can cancel in enough time for no charge.

After the museum is Randy's FYI so if Ironic is driving just to be clear it would be museum, Randy's then hotel and Pike's is on Sunday not Saturday. Let's not get too many people confused.

As of right now I got it handled so if we need extra drivers I will let you know Ironic.

The following link will take you to a site that shows that from Memorial Day to Labor Day over 1300 Museums are free for your family and yourself if you are active duty and it just so happens that our museum is on their.

As we are in 45 driving minutes of the museum, and we are active duty, my brewed will not need you to pay for us HTC.

This will be my first real event with you guys...looking forward to it!!

no one is driving and drinking.

It will be especially idiotic for someone to drive drunk in the area, since we're gonna be near the airport and about 5000 taxi cabs.

Since I'm gonna be drinking, I plan on parking at the hotel and cabbing it, which is our typical method.
