The other big no, no, and I say this just based on what I've seen here, seems to be starting a "lookameeee!" thread. Those ALWAYS end badly. I did it myself with the thread about Tila Tequila and the Juggalo concert. It was all in good fun but, eventually, it got locked down.
I will say this about ManaWar - he had one of the more spectacular "lookameee!" threads in "Warbeast's Kill Klub". I laffed an' laffed at the thread within. Eventually, though, the laughing had to end.
It's kind of like breaking into someone's house and using it as a place to host a big "trash the place" party. Eventually, you've got to figure the cops are going to show up. Trust me on this one - a kid I knew way back in Middle School actually did such a thing. He hosted the party as if he was housesitting. We all got so drunk on the owner's booze that we sort of made a mess. Days later, we found out the "host" was under arrest for breaking and entering. Some time soon thereafter, he was shipped off. They never did find out who owned the other (multiple) sets of prints. Heck, I'd say the host's false pretense gave us plausible deniability anyway - for we truly did not know.
