battleship fleets. Heavy Cruiser fleets. Maybe even 'special' fleets? The Big E or the Yamato, the Prince of Wales or Bismark.

An ability to gift, or give away perk points would be cool.
Bear with me here, instead of fixed GV spawns, or -only- fixed gv spawns, why not allow movable spawns. By doing so, you could create a 'front', as the gv's pushed forward the spawn behind them would move with them. I can appreciate why spawns like V85 and V135 are popular, they are fun, even for a fighter pilot like me, but I'm just wishing for more.
