Version 2.26 Patch 2 Changes
======================

Please note that there is a new hi-res texture pack needed with this patch.  You will need to download the new hi-res pack if you use 1024 or greater max texture size.

Fixed an issue in the film viewer where it was not displaying the correct zoom level in vehicles.

The "Use Recorded View" function in the film viewer is now disabled when you jump into another player's plane or vehicle.

The main gun sounds for tanks now plays in films.

Fixed a bug in the B-29 where the low detail cockpit would be displayed after you gunned on a different plane in your formation.

Revised the flap speeds on the P-40s.

Changed the trim change effect of flaps on the P-40C to make it like the other P-40s.

Fixed a bug in flak targeting that would allow flak to simultaneously target different long range targets if no target was close to it.

Panzer IV F turret now displays the correct orientation when viewed by another player.

Calibrated A6M2 and A6M5 tachometers and manifold pressure gauges.

Converted A6M2 E6B engine settings to +mm Hg to match the cockpit gauge.

Fixed a bug in the M4A3(76) that made the left side hull armor much thicker than it should be.

Added a current speed readout to the bombadier's info window in the bombsight.

Added combat trim lights to all the P-40's.

Fixed a spelling error in a P-40 cockpit placard.

Added a low LoD machinge gun to the Panzer IV H texture.

Fixed some poly's in the Ki-67's wing that wouldn't hide when damaged.

Fixed a high altitude thrust issue on the Ar 234.

Fixed a clipping error in the blood on the Spitfires' canopy.

Fixed a bug where base supplies would fall through the concrete on the port and get smashed on the ground below.

Made a change so that your bomb selection doesn't reset after you jump to a gunner position.

Fixed a damage bug in the Panzer IV F where you still might be able to fire when your turret was damaged.

BTW, has anyone said anything lately about the placards in the C-47 cockpit?  There's some *funny* stuff there!   :lol

Yep, atleast one of the "GV gods" was exploiting it, knowingly or not.

Sadly i fell victim to it the hard way.

3 shots into the left side of an m4 last night with a panzer. Only to be 1 shot'ed from the front.
Cost me 3 kills  :furious

P-40 flight manuals say not to deploy flaps above 140mph.  Wonder where HTC got the 195mph deployment speed from?

Someone posted a picture from the P-40 manual that said not to retract flaps below 140mph.

Given that you had to set 3/4 flaps and not retract them under 160mph when fully loaded probably played into them making the decision.

I am conflicted about how HTC should model this stuff btw. If this is true for the P-40 then it should be true for other planes as well.
HTC Please show the blue planes some love!
