Ace, just so you know bud, Lil wayne is not a true rapper. Half his songs have been ghostwritten for him. The entire carter 4 was written for him.
All lil wayne is good at is being a publicity stunt, and fooling people into believing everything he says.

and as far as "selling records" Micheal Jackson probably sold damn near or more...does that make him as good or better?.......absolutely not the guy sux arse....same for many many that sold millions of records...just because the populace likes them.... don't mean they are good.

Paul Rodgers is the correct answer because he delivers live what others can only do in the studio.

He has left all of his contemporaries (and many much later singers) tuning ever lower as he continues to deliver the goods in concert.
