From a MA standpoint the Tu-2 would be one of the best additions still to be done.  I would certainly use it now and then and I expect it would be a pretty common sight in the LWA.

Pe-2 and Il-4 makes more sense for scenarios, but wouldn't get much MA use due to the Pe-2s small bomb load and the Il-4's vulnerability.

i'll  +1  this thread again,

would replace my ju88 / b25c  combo for attack runs.  Might also give the A20 a run for it's money in the dogfighting department. 

A good late war bomber that would see alot of use and not to mention a bomber for the Soviets who are the only major player in WW2 not to have a level bomber in AH2.

The Tu-2 is nice, but IMHO I have to say that the Pe-2 really makes more sense as an addition.

Understand that (although the Pe-2 is faster) - but the Russian planeset not having the Pe-2 (11,400 built) is like the Germans not having the Me-110 or the British not having the Mossie.

No it isn't but, as mentioned, Pe-2 is much more relevant as far as the real war goes. While Tu-2 would fit right into the LWMA, there really isn't a shortage of well performing MA-bombers as there is of "special events bombers".
