This is not about pot. That was just brought up by rob.
It is part of the problem though. Folks want lesser time for things they may do that is currently against the law.
The prisons will fill more because we have weakened our society. As a group most want a better life but as individuals we want to cater to ourselves. Business as usual.
Look at it this way. Everyone complains about the government but they vote the same idiots in time and again. As a group we have issues with the way things are but, for the most part, folks think their guy is doing a great job.
pot is just one of the many issues....I agree with what you wrote...what sux is all the ones that are there for voting for...are idiots.
