5'8" 125lbs on a good day. My calorie intake varies between 4-5K per day.
I go to the gym every couple of days to lift weights but I dont do a lot of cardio work. Lacrosse and before that soccer have helped but even when I wasnt playing I dont gain more then a pound or two.
just wait till yer body slows down.
I eat breakfast lunch and dinner w/o work, i gain weight.
