P51-D (I know easy plane - patrol and escort)
P74-D11 (Also an energy fighter, lots of ammo to waste though short legs - hit and run)

I like to fly Hogs from boats, Ki-84's from capped fields, and 109K4's when shooting and missing seems like it would be fun.

I like to fly the proper plane for the job but feel like I need a shower after flying some of the late war monsters and rarely, if ever fly them.

Flying something completely counter to the job at hand can be pretty fun as well if you succeed in the mission.

P38 and the L of in recent days over the J.  Those dive flaps are handy to have.  Still like a ride in the 47M now and then.

I think the F4U1A-D series would be one of my favorite ride if it were not for the skull plate over your head.

I am amazed that anyone can miss with the 109K4's guns.
