Today's music is soo dumbed down (quality wise) that studio engineers also have to consider checking final mix on very cheaply made earbuds and all-in-one audio system.

You might care too much, bro.
I have listened one song of theirs, found it completely unsuitable for my taste, since that im just ignoring this kind of stuff. I just dont have the energy to hate everything i dont like, this 2 chords "metal", electro, rap, etc.

I like a lot of music types i guess. How ever nothing today really dose it for me.... For example one day ill listen to Johnny cash or Roger Miller than queen the next day then 60s-70s rock such as CCR, Jemi Hendrix, bad company. Yet nothing today seems to get to my liking for some reason. I have a deep hate for dubstep....If i wanted to hear the sounds of a computer killing itself i would plug headphones into mine and throw it in a pool.
