Use fuel per "time to fly" rather than tankage %. IE "time remaining" as on e6b.
E.G. 15 minutes for a Mk.XVI is not equivalent to 15 minutes for P47 or 410.

No, that's just flight time. I mean using flight time as the fuel metric in
turning circle performance
. It would have e.g. all planes compared on 20 minutes' worth of fuel, instead of on each one's 25% or 50% tankage. Outlined in red:
