First, the sheet music that the other member provided doesn't include second verse of the song. Here are both verses:

Second, I'm willing to bet that the record with several service tunes you had as a child was the same one I had as a child. I don't remember the name of the original LP, but it is now available as a CD under the title "America's Finest: Inspiring Patriotic Songs." Here is the link on Amazon:

As I said in my review on Amazon, my dad was born on the Fourth of July and served in the Navy in WWII, so I put this in and crank it up every Independence Day.
I have only found "Might Navy Wings" on two CDs, this one and a sea chanty CD, but it's not as "USNAGlee Club"-sounding as the record we had as kids.
