This has been going on in video games since the days of the BBS. I remember a time when two players got into it because someone used Scripts in a BRE game. There were two games setup, one with scripts and one without, the ones who used scripts always considered themselves "Superior" players because they had access to scripts that basically automated the game. Same for Tradewars 2002 - idiot grown men would act like retards for nothing, generally it was all "ego". Every game since the first caveman had ego driven players, nothing has changed in over 20 years for me, I don't see anything changing anytime soon.

Sad thing is the community doesn't stand up to this, instead they just ignore it and continue to let it continue. Its nothing more then online bullying.
