My grandmother (Byte's mother) died on the 10th of this month from a rare form of cancer. It doesn't have to be breast cancer, and I could care less how the money gets there to find new ways to stop the disease. The most caring person I've ever known was ravaged by something that she didn't deserve. Do what you can, and if you can't do anything monetarily, just be there for the people that are dealing with this. It's heartbreaking, awful, unfair, but it's reality. Even just volunteering at a hospice and giving someone a hug makes a difference. Our hospice nurse was an angel, and made this situation much more manageable for the entire family.
