Yup, EST is -5 GMT, so it's 12am EST when it's 5am GMT.  So 11pm EST would be 4am GMT.

Tonight as well as this coming Friday night, are the only 2 nights that do not look good for me right now......... I do not see why we shouldn't be able to get our match in before Jan. 26th by 6 PM CST, the deadline BE posted......

i thought you said you were east time zone. If so I am aswell. Anytime after 6 east is cool with me Monday-wenesday. Thursday and Saturday after 4 and Friday anytime.
