Can we get rid of the 'Boat' tab, which only has the PT Boat that could be moved to the 'Vehicle' tab, and replace it with a 'Carrier' tab that contains everything available from a TG/CV group?

Considering the perks earned in the PT are counted towards Vehicle Perks. I say +1, should be a simple fix

and if by some chance we get more boats?
we have to recreate the boat tab?  
thus making it entirely counter productive..
and if your looking for a vehicle chances are your not looking for a boat? so why would it be in "vehicles"
and if u are looking for a boat why would you go to the vehicle tab?

Or...... you could simply place any future boats under the vehicle tab as well.

I think you have the "show only available" tik box, or something of a similar name. It will only show the carrier planes of your selected category (fighter/attack/bomber).

The boats would also be available in the carrier tab, but yes, they'd be added to the vehicle tab.

There are other things available from a task group... I'm talking about all of the fighters/bombers/attack planes/vehicles that can spawn. It'd essentially be a cut-down 'All' tab.

I think you have the "show only available" tik box, or something of a similar name. It will only show the carrier planes of your selected category (fighter/attack/bomber).

I'm pretty sure there's also a "Favorites" tab. Right click on a boat/vehicle/plane/whatever and mark it as a favorite first, then you will have a short list of anything you like.

I understand that there are workarounds. My point is that the boat tab is, for all intents and purposes, worthless. It could be replaced with something that many people would likely find a huge convenience.

That would be putting it, along with other models able to operate on a cv. Under a 'CV' tab like explained above. The PT boats rarely ever see action when spawned from a port or airfield, so why shouldn't it be placed in a cv tab.
I don't understand why there are thoughts of problematic scenarios of something that would make things easier.

ok you picky people-what is wrong with where it's at now--i been here five years--and it's been the same---and i'm sure it's been in the same spot since the pt boat was added...why change it now????what difference does it make? NONE.

There really isn't a reason for it to have it's own separate tab, honestly. At least not until submarines or an equivalent is added, PT's are 'alone' in their own 'class'. Yet when you get a kill in a PT, you get vehicle perks, so why not just add it/keep it in the vehicle tab and keep it simple ?
