I actually wasn't going to go to Annapolis myself, but my SNSI wouldn't have saw it any other way.
I scored a 2100 my Sophomore year on the SAT and he was dedicated to getting me into Annapolis as it was my dream going into 9th grade.
The journey has been long and VERY tiring but I think it is well worth it.
Congrats sir. I'm originally from Maryland and went to UofM. Hopefully you get to go off campus for some steamed crabs every now and then. Mike's on the Severn, which is off Rea Road, used to be a good place to eat crabs and drink...not sure how it is now.
Annapolis is a fun town. I spent many a night there drinking back in my college days.....too many probably.
My son wanted to go to the Academy. He was crushed earlier this year to find out his life-threatening peanut allergy prevents him from attending or even serving in the armed forces. Tough thing for a 14 year old to accept or deal with.
