December FSO - Summer of '44 Action Log
« on: December 09, 2014, 04:38:40 PM »
Feel free to post your action logs, either in commentary form, screenshot, film, or any combination! One thing I enjoy about FSO is the immersion of the events being acted out by so many on a Friday Night. As others established, it can either be a quiet sortie with not a lot of action (Like the real deal) or completely white knuckle, heart racing (again, like the real deal).

12/5/14 FSO Summer 1944, 56th Fighter Group Action Log

56th tangles with III./JG11 in Fw-190A8's

Player1 peels off to chase a 190

Still hot on his tail, Player1 lets loose as I follow him in

Another 190 crosses my nose danger close

Coming back around, he loops over, still hot on the friendlies tail

Gotchya

Very nice.

Thank you sir. I'd love to see some from your guys POV, especially the start as we got into it after the brawl was well on its way. Your write up of the nights events from take off to tower was a great read and glimpse into the eyes of the enemy.  :aok

Nice Screens! <S>
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Here was my "engagement" with JG11 and Muppets at 120 last night.  Just me and my wingie in two-high speed passes.  Took off a 190's vert stab on pass one, then on the second pass cleared 14 cons from BLBird's six.

Not much you can do when you are outnumbered 3, 4 or 5 to one in every fight, 'cept try to down one, declare victory and head for the O'Club.

(Did you insult all 14 of their mothers, or something, BLBird?  Looked like they all wanted you. :))

It was fun watching them each peal off, one after the other.  Glad they didn't know it was just two ponies screaming through their wolf pack.  :devil

For those of us playing this game for well over a decade, Aces High is more of a social club. The game just provides the framework. I keep logging in for the people and Pipz was the kind that you keep coming to meet again.
