Hey, when you guys do those big 38/Lanc hordes... could ya please try and stay alive awhile?  I dunno how or why so many of ya die within 1 minute of arrival, but gosh.. you aren't even suiciding in (and <S> for that at least).  It's like, one minute there's 15 of ya buzzing around, the next there's 2....  wtf, ack aint THAT good.  :t

The ack isn't that good, but I think the problem is that the pilots aren't either.

They might live longer if they flew B17's as a hoard.

it's a social experiment ... individuals live longer when they work toward a common goal rather than individually ... except in Aces High.

As Tumor noticed, If I see a horde of same model planes such as P38s or P47s I'm safe to take off, two third of them will find a way to auto terminate in the first few minutes. I think it's peer pressure on being target fixated over common sense.  :old:

Doesn't need to be model specific, but damn that's good.

That's perfect hahaha because 5 out of 10 P38 drivers who don't fly it often will lawndart every time not realizing it compresses so quickly.

In my brief time as a Bishop, so far I actually haven't seen or been on the classic P-38 face-plant raid that I witnessed first-hand from my time as a knight or rook.  I haven't been on much at night, but during the day at least, things have been somewhat well-paced, a lot of fun, and pretty efficient.  (I'd also add that, having been on all three countries, it's been my experience that all three countries are very welcoming, fun, and largely stocked full with good guys.)

The secret is to fly the 38 low so you can't build up enough speed.  It also gives you a much better chance of surviving a crash when you drag a wing tip.  Trust me on this  :aok
