That was a heck of a game -- Central Michigan vs. Oklahoma State.

But Michigan played hard and deserved the win. Oklahoma did not get the job done. Had they then one TD would not have made a difference.

It was super entertaining as a game -- awesome plays in abundance.

I feel bad for the refs, since they got half of the complicated call correct (it was intentional grounding) -- and having read the rule, it is complicated legalese, not the easiest to interpret.

It would suck being a ref.  If you are 100% perfect, that's acceptable.  Anything less, and you get screamed at.  There is no upside of exceeding expectations.

It's like running AH scenarios.  :aok

That really depends on what team(s) you pull for:)

Nailbiter with the Tide/Rebel matchup. Bama down 24-3 and finds a way to win.  Total of 91 points scored and over 1000 yards of offense.

I think everyone will know who Lamar Jackson is after Yestersay.  The red birds are no joke.

Oklahoma goes down, TaM is looking to shake it up after several poor seasons in the SEC.

Longhorn fans are scratching their heads after losing to a team that has given up tons of yards to running backs.

It was a good week three.

Fun week 3.  Lot's of good football to watch.  BIG won three impressive games against ranked opponents.  Michigan State went to South Bend and beat the Irish.

Ohio State went to  Oklahoma and the kids (only 6 returning starters from last year) thumped Oklahoma.

Nebraska stayed in Lincoln and beat Oregon.  Along with Wisconsin beating LSU the BIG has had early season success.

BTW the BIG no longer schedules FBS teams.  Long season to go and...........Louisville!   Wow!  Houston looks great also.

Alabama had a nice comeback.  Only thing I would be concerned about is they gave up 43 points.

Cal should have had 7 more on Texas but the RB was way in the clear and dropped the ball before crossing the goal line.

OU runner did the same and they counted his as a TD.

TAMU punter was run into and they did not flag the infraction. On playback a ref was looking straight at it.

Louisville was the biggest surprise, well to some.  I watched them last weekend and was impressed with Jackson, but unsure if they were good enough to take down FSU.  I was impressed.  My dad is a Florida grad.  Watching the game with me yesterday he became a cardinal fan if only for 60'minutes LOL.

As for Bama allowing 43 points.  Takes into consideration the Rebel offense led by Kelly is pretty darn good.  Most importantly to me, Bama found a way to win, and showed grit.

This season is starting out good for ALL whom love CFB.

BYW Hajo - was listening to College scoreboard on Syrius on the way to church this morning. Coach Holtz is calling for the tide and the buckeyes in the CFP.  Little early for that, but shows you where the talking heads are.  I think he just wants to see Saban lose to Meyer after that whooping Meyer took from him in the SEC championship a few years ago.

I never will understand why everyone gets so shocked and amazed at the youngsters when Oklahoma gets beat every year. I've been a die hard Oklahoma fan my whole life but I can admit that they are terribly overrated every year. It has to be a money thing.

Ha! Joke's on you Hawkboy. He did that getting out of bed before the game. On a side note, take care of my man Boykin. He's your future Franchise QB.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
