alabama may have more national championships than Auburn but we have the memories that will last forever.  :rofl

As a wonderful example, the next day after the punt-bama-punt game bear bryant was doing his Sunday tv show reviewing the game.  He was still steaming.  The color guy tried to do a segway  for coca cola and golden flake potato chips of which bryant was a big stock holder i think.

The color guy said something like, "Coach Bryant, lets have a coca cola and golden flake potato chips while we take a commercial break."

The color guy started to reach for the coke and potato chips displayed there on the desk.  Bryant swept the desk clear of the chips and cokes with his chunky hand.  Then he said as i remember it, "I don't want any of those damn potato chips or coca cola.

My prediction for college football.

The Michigan Wolverines will beat both Wisconsin and Ohio State by such an enormous margin that, even with their losses, they will be invited into the college football playoffs, and win it all!

As a Michigan fan I agree!

Quality wins with a third string qb, mixed with two lame duck losses under a disoriented backup qb.  I could see the logic...but no big ten championship because PSU and MSU need TWO more losses to get trumped by UofM.  Now that means Maryland or Rutgers has to win over MSU and PSU.  That is something mother nature would have a hard time bringing to fruition.

But you know It all starts tomorrow!  And thats what we really like, watching football!

Go Blue!

 :salute

P.S. If Michigan takes down Wisconsin and osu.  It would be a successful season!  Next year they will be ranked high, with a more mature team they should be better!

Wisconsin is something else.  I was in Steven's point looking to watch michigan play.  I went downtown, every bar was full, everyone wearing red.  :uhoh 15 tvs in every bar watching one game, Wisconsin.  I still ask, nacih  :rofl
I had to dive to the edge of town to the "rough" bar, you know the one.  They gave me and my lady a tv...had to fend of that Santa clause looking guy though,  :rofl :uhoh

The whole state is red! I would love to be there next week at camp randal!

I think Miss State should have been moved up further in the polls than they were; they have a pretty good team. But I'm glad that Bama had to struggle the way they did: I think they learned something about themselves, and won't take anything for granted from here out. Especially after the way Auburn put the hurt on the 'dawgs. Gonna be an interesting rest-of -the season. RTR!

Purdue is going bowling and by winning its rivalry game, prevented its rival from doing so.

Its a good day.
