As has popped up several times in this thread, I like the idea of a free perk ride day maybe once a month. 262 wars every now and then would be a blast.

Keep a perk system but flush everyone's perks at the end of the tour.  I have 2500 perk points which I don't deserve.  Give everyone enough perks at the beggining of the next tour to have one of each of the the most expensive perk fighters/vehicles/bombers.  Everything else has to be earned.  Have every kill streak of 15 double your perks.  Lower the cost of perk planes so you can earn a Me-262 ride in say 30 typical fighter missions with a KD of 1.5:1.  

But the current perk system needs to be changed, it is very clunky.
