Yeah, a Pay-to-win system is a losing proposition for me.
I was thinking of some type of Project Reality - AAS type game mode but with higher stakes.at the most basic level- You have to join an ingame "squad" of 8 player- Voice comms would be limited to those in the squad- squad leaders would be able to talk to other squad leaders-the higher stakes come in with the respawn timers-getting shot down is a 15 minute respawn (this would stop the suicide runs and encourage larger battles)- ground vehicles have no respawn timer- perked vehicles have multipliers attached to the normal respawn timer (along with the normal perk cost etc.)- the whole game mode would revolve around tickets - dieing in a plane would be 1 whole ticket- vehicles would be less- bases would be ticket "banks" with larger bases would hold more tickets- if you hold more than 55% of bases the other side bleeds tickets- if your side gets to 0 tickets you lose- two sides (not three)- side balancing- smaller maps-hitech could lower subscript costs with micro-transactions (Respawn now for $0.99 or more)any thoughts?
I'd quit AH if this was in place.
Nudist Arena?
. . . I've played this game on-off for the past 4-5 years and its growing quite dull.
Yeah.......................................... no.50% of peeps in the MA already fly around like frightened sheep terrified of the impact their toon's death will have on their ego. The last thing we need is another incentive not to fight.
Agreed. Even after 10 years I am still amazed that someone would run (elbows in) from a 1v1 when THEY have the advantage... I laugh at the segment of the population who's only "skill" is BNZ. If I wanted to fly around all night running from a fight, I would play MSFS...
still trying to find out what "skill" is needed to play a cartoon game.......oh wait...ACM's on air craft that are not even close to being real
People will find a way to beat their chest, one way or another.
skillthe ability to do something well; expertise.
