Hmmm.. Does that mean I have to change my handle from Thunder to Donner?   :)

Donner or Thunder... I'm so confused!   :confused:

Hiya most of you know I fly lw and my take on the rumble relates more to the lack of cohesion between the axis flyers then individual skill. Everyone in the rumble fought hard and nothing should take away from the Allies victory........S!

However it was fun and very tough.

Heres a thought how about an "OKL" for ah. We could set up a web page that is designed specifically for axis flyers in ah

Luftflotte 1 .......knights

Luftflotte 2 .......rooks

Luftflotte 3 .......bishops

<EDIT>
co-belligerents 1 ......knights

co-belligerents 2 ......rooks

co-belligerents 3 ......bishops

the above edit was for karnak ... :)
<end edit>

We could have volunteer axis pilots serve as trainers ie a Erganzungsgruupe that help new guys (or guys like me who need some training) to develope into the next group of experten. Squads who are currently looking to add new members could go to this gruppe for recruits.

This could aid us in special events and the like.

Anyway I would offer what free time I have to help out but currently rl has me working a ton of hours.

WTG on taking this on StSanta........

If I should fall who shall take my place?.........

I fly them all 190s are my favorite..

a5 is great in furball Wilbuz come back I need more schooling    :)

Been around for awhile but still goin' strong in LW aircraft many perkies attained in 109F.   Found easiest way for me to get perkies with 190A-8 is to kill ack then vulch   :).  Got 190F-8 jabo down to science can drop ord down hatch of M16 from 200 feet level.  Thats right I am good one of the best you runstang  sputnikfire, nikdweeb flyers are all nothing more than fodder.  Now go away before I taunt you a second time I believe this post was looking for real Luftwaffe flyers not weekend warriors.

Gents; what my wide-assed leather lovin cheesehead pal's lookin for is guys that NORMALLY fly the German plane set. NORMALLY being when you up in the MA to go fight with. Not what you fly on squad night.

There is a difference... and I'm talkin about the guys I constantly shoot down flyin niks; spittys and f4's with long ridiculous LW squad titles... [edit] AND the fellas from those 'allied' squads flyin LW birds all the time in the MA.. you can all come outta the closet now.   :)

Santa's lookin for GERMAN A/C ENTHUSIASTS!! Not pin-headed nazi wanabees that fly spitfires or N1K's. Your political bent is not at issue.. your preferred choice of A/C to go killin in on any given night is.

If he's doin what I think he's doin, the "allies" are in fer a heluva fight.    :)

WTG Santa!

Strange that I read this thread today, as I just started doing some training in the 109G-10.  As no one really reads these posts I will admit that I REALLY like this plane.  Hehe.  It turns great!  It's obviously not going to outturn a spit co-alt, but there is no reason to b&z in it because of its steller climb.  A tight spiral turn climb is a real choice of tactics in this plane against a better turning plane.  i.e. you don't have to run away/extend to win.  At least this is my initial impression.  Also it feels very solid in wingovers and hammerheads.  It is tough to spin as well, even at low speeds.  I don't like the guns much, but I guess you can't have it all.  I am use to the loadout after flying the spit though.  Anyway, good ride.

I choose my ride randomly (using dices), once a week, but in squad nights I use the MC205.

This make me a Regia Aeronautica dweeb, not a Luftwaffle  ;)

But I have to admit the LW iron is more funny, for the difficult to fly it.

Allied is easy  :D
Niki is much easy  :eek:
