Bruv, that is genius!  COing boiled down to the only thing you really need to do:  "Troops, as your commander, I order you to win this battle!"  :aok

I'm leaving it a bit flexible until we get an Axis CO.

It will be Oct. 8, 15, or 22.

Who's the CO?  Did it ever get solved?  I know there have been volunteers, but has it been confirmed?
Version 13 still has nothing.

Nothing clever here.  Please, move along.

The institutionalised Allied rigging around here hasn't made it easy to recruit. :old:

Maybe for some past events you could argue that, but not this time around - or even last time.

The CO and date will be settled very soon.

I am working to nail down a final aspect.

That would be about the last time we got a CO to step up long before the last minute.
It's wrong to hold Brooke or anyone else accountable because Fencer was biased in his designs.  He's not here.  Brooke is about a biased as a sock.

Maybe for some past events you could argue that, but not this time around - or even last time.

You know I am getting a little tired of reading that, since it roadkill.  Here is Brooke's list of scenarios he posted in another thread.

Battle of the Dnieper -- draw
    Southern Conquest -- draw
Target for Today -- missed this one
Battle Over the Winter Line -- allies won
Battle of Britain 2013  -- axis won
    Mediterranean Maelstrom  -- allies won
Der Grosse Schlag II  -- axis won
Winter Sky - Death Ground -- axis won
Enemy Coast Ahead  -- axis won
Battle Over Germany  -- axis won
The Final Battle  -- allies won
Red Storm / Krupp Steel  -- allies won
Tunisia: Dawn of Battle -- allies won
Battle of Britain 2008  -- axis won
Der Grosse Schlag -- axis won
    Operation Husky  -- allies won
Battle of Britain 2006 -- axis won
Fire Over Malta  -- allies won
Battle of Britain 2004 -- allies won

Looks like 8 to 8 with two ties.  A lot of bias there.

I always get the crap that I designed biased scenarios or that I designed to win for "MY" side as well.

Mediterranean Maelstrom  -- allies won  (didn't play)
Der Grosse Schlag II  -- axis won  (Flew Allied)
Winter Sky - Death Ground -- axis won  (Flew Allied)
Enemy Coast Ahead  -- axis won  (Didn't play)
Battle Over Germany  -- axis won  (Flew Allied)
The Final Battle  -- allies won  (Flew Allied)
Red Storm / Krupp Steel  -- allies won  (Flew Axis)
Tunisia: Dawn of Battle -- allies won  (Drove Allied)
Der Grosse Schlag -- axis won  (Fled Allied)

Allies 4, Axis 5, and Me?  I won 3... like I cared who won anyway.

So either prove the  "institutionalised Allied rigging" or that I designed biased scenarios or shut the diddly up.

The end score isn't what should be looked at to determine that there is no bias, that a misleading way about it.
Continuing using that as your main source of "balanced set ups" is a misnomer.
The proof comes from the plane set comparisons, set up, lop sided recruitment and side turnout.

As I pointed out in another thread:

Every event designer wants to fly his design. The moment he does, rightfully or not, he discredits his concept and invites criticism.

I'll claim that your experience is proof.
