Welcome to Beta DX9/DX11 Patch 38. This version was built and released on August 11, 2016.
Test goals:------------------
Test stability of both DX11 and DX9 versions.
DX11 should be stable but may have some small graphic abnormalities.
The bug posted in the the last 2 releases are still on my list of items to do.
This release is primarily DX11 fixes,and support of VR head sets.
Please continue to post the bugs in there appropriate DX11 or DX9 thread.

Action: Added a .script command to proccess a file of dot commands.
Action: Re-ordered the Options/Arena Setup menu
Action: Aces High now changes directory to its home folder, at startup.
Action: Fixed an issue with custom and map textures in the build process of the Terrain Editor.
Action: Fixed an issue with some missing Speed tree shapes in terrset03.
Action: Added a gamma range check when importing Aces High II settings.
Action: Disabled the .slider command.
Action: Brightness is now lowered when disabling shadows, this fixes the hangar floor issue when shadows are disabled.
Action: Fixed the kI61 turn & bank indicator

Use the ".psave filename" command to save your position in the terrain/world. If you do not provide a file name, then file will be saved as "cmepos.txt" in the "settings" folder. Thank you!

THE BETA TEST IS OPEN TO EVERYONE.Note, we have had many reports of Avira, Avast, Norton, and Kaspersky false triggering on the patch files as well as the entire Beta installation file. Either include the file name in the ignore list of your anti-virus, or disable your anti-virus before updating/installing to mitigate the false triggers.
