Looking for a squad

Hey guys, I used to play Aces High back in the early 2000's. I recently came across my old joystick while doing some house cleaning, and I was hit by a bit of nostalgia of all the fun I had in Aces High. I'm considering subscribing to the game, but would like to see if I could get into a squad first before setting aside $15 a month. Any of you squads out there recruiting? Also, how many people still play the game? The forums look pretty active.

I'll have to fly with all you guys when I activate my two week trial. I'm waiting to time my two week trial so I can subscribe right afterwords. My first bit of spending money is going towards the Spitfire Mk IX in DCS. That kinda takes priority for me right now. After that, I'll save up for a couple months of AH. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. $180 per year is a big commitment, especially when you're living on a budget like me, haha. I should be on Aces High in the next few weeks, but until then, I'll be catching up on the forums!

My old account/email from 10+ years ago is all but lost. I was under the impression that a new account would also come with a free trial, considering I'm no longer using my parents information or computer. Am I wrong? And if you're right and I don't get a free trial, then how am I supposed to play now?

You get access to every plane, vehicle, and sip in the game. The other game you had to save up to get a single spit type.


Aces High is the cheapest thing I do. LOL

That Spit in DCS cost more than 2 months worth of Aces High.

Stop posting porn, frenchy.  You know how us P-47 flyers are when we pic of P-47.

56th FG is the one and only P-47squad out there.  We have lots of good skill pilots including Frenchy.  Look us up in MA and join in on how we are a well organized group.
