P51D is the most popular ride, has many people who are dedicated strictly to it and not the only one people log if they can't fly it.

1 hour rule to stop eny discussions...bring back spy discussions from the 49ers (those were some kind of special)

Show the tape of us spying........come on words are cheap...........!

The problem wih just perking the planes is just offset the intent of ENY.
I have squad members with  20k-40k perk points

Imagine the outnumbed guys getting hit by experienced pilots in perked or low-eny rides in 1:2 conditions, just becase its the experienced guys that sit on the high perk points
My ammo last for 6 Lancasters, or one Yak3.

Just bring back the 1 hour rule.

This isn't ever going to happen, Hitech explains his reasoning here. I dont know why people keep going on about it.

ENY works as intended. In Violators post, they had a large ENY hit and it made it much harder to take those last bases. This is what it was meant to do, aid the out numbered team by limiting the overwhelming forces equipment. They cant force people to switch sides to keep the numbers even (tho that option is available), and so fair. Having the team with the larger force have to use inferior equipment helps "even" the play field.

The two biggest issues with ENY is one, those that refuse to fly other planes instead of their "favorite ride" which aggravates the other issue, numbers (because they log off instead of using other planes).  That is why you see such big swings in ENY during the low numbers times. If the numbers never dropped below 150 players on line there would be very few complaints about ENY.

Which does nothing for those of us playing with numbers from 10-50, where all ENY does is aggravate people.

If you can't fly a pony just up a Brewster....that's tends to annoy people just because it's a Brewster. Lol. Fly those early and mid war planes, it may actually make you better...or more cynical...both work lol. As an avid FSO pilot I enjoy higher eny planes simply because I fly them in FSO much more often that late war monsters.

Now for a NOE raid busting n1ks and LA7s just add to the 200 whine factor.

I don't log over ENY. I normally log when the only fight you can find is an outnumbered HO fest. If it's 4 on 1 one of those four should be able to get on my six to kill me...I'm terrible anyway so it can't be challenging.

We had eny last night Knights 70 bish 50 and rooks 50....like Snail said in that thread I find more people are on particular country because they are loyal to it or the squad which is loyal to it...so when G3MF and POTW both are on Knights you end up with ENY....when the 49ers, The Few and any of the other rotation squads end up on a certain country...you're going to have eny (Remember POTW switched rook a few months back because ENY was an EVERY night thing for the Knights)....Yea maybe when this happened it was the reason...but right now, looking at the numbers of different players making threads within the last year something should change...And I'm interested to see if HTC has new data.

What new data are you looking for? That when the Pigs and G3MF and a rotating squad rolls in you have ENY more often?

HTC doesn't care if ENY kicks in, or stays at 20 all day for one team, because it is doing what they want it to do, limit the team with the greater numbers, making it more "fair" to fight against and so more fun.

If that's their reason...then why not let people change to the other side quicker??? To even out the fight...

Did you read what Hitech wrote in the link I posted? The shorter time creates quicker and more fluctuations in ENY. In the long run the longer time create smaller and less fluctuations.

And like I said I wonder if that same data still holds true today
