I got muted because I used some under the bally words, but problem is mod he muted did it not for 10 mins but for hours... so I have not checked this morning probably I am still muted...
Moderators cannot mute anyone for longer than 1 hour. The community can vote, using the .report mechanism to cause a suspension to voice and/or text for approximately 8 days. In that case, you get the host message, "Your text privileges have been suspended.".
Anyone is free to challenge a text/voice suspension. We are happy to research it and if any of the reports, causing the suspension, are deemed inappropriate, they are stricken down and the suspension is lifted.
Everybody could claim that.
Mods never reveal themselves, nor do they discuss their actions with anyone. That's the law they have to follow, no exceptions.
Just reinforce this. Moderators cannot claim they are moderators as they will no longer be moderators if they do. If a squad does a
coordinated mass report, on a player, then everyone involved will lose their privileges, and the person they abused will get his/her restored.
We have zero tolerance for anyone abusing the .report mechanism.
That said, you coming to the community, on the bulletin board is not going to solve anything. It just makes matters worse. It is a distraction and violates the forum posting rules.
On your accusations of nefarious game play, I sent you data showing the connection between you and server suffering packet loss as well as 1.23 seconds of latency and explained how that could manifest in what you are seeing. I asked you to run a Ping Plotter and send in the results to see if it matches what I am seeing, as I cannot test from your location.
To date, you have not responded. Now I see you do not believe anything we offered, even though we have a very good idea of how our game works. I will close your case as it is clear you are not looking for help. My mistake.
