From the drivers seat you will see a vertical rod with black and white stripes. The first black stripe up from the bottom, aim with it's top boarder with the white stripe above it for both types of rocket. As for determining range, you will have to experiment until you come up with that. Maybe something in the top MG position that you can size against town buildings or hangers.
