What in the world happened to my Terrain Editor?

A picture or two should be worth a thousand words.
I even downloaded and reinstalled a fresh copy of AH.

Some additional information. All the tool tabs are affected.

The only thing that restores the tool tabs (by removing the terrset boxes), Elevations to Zones, is opening a windows folder and covering the tools tab area with that window. Then the TE will work normally until the Terrain tab is selected again. Rinse and repeat.
Application windows I tried don't seem to help.

I recently updated to Oculus 2.0 Dash and AH3's latest patch, before that I was stable.

Does it do the same with a different terrain?

Yep, all six I checked. But I do like seeing activity on the rivers.

Perhaps related, my desktop icons are occasionally showing as default before being redrawn when switching from Oculus to desktop mode. I've been ignoring it most of the time, but now I'll look for a pattern and report it to O.R. if I find one.

fyi from the other thread, I did not remove my settings folder before the reinstall. I installed over the existing.
