How about LJBnumbers...cant remember the digits :uhoh  His wife had been sick, then all a sudden NO MORE LJB. He was great at Air Traffic Control when base was under attack. Believe he was member of Unforgiven? Was always good for a laugh, when he and Wizzy were at same base...miss them both :salute

My son Andrew.  Went by Drewzil in AH.  I've flown with a lot of great wingmen, but nothing was more fun than going out on the prowl with Drew and playing history.  It will be 13 years in August.

Doing our Don Gentile, Johnny Godfrey 4th FG impression back in the day.  Drew in the lead.

The AHXAR folks had a small memorial.

I've since lost the films with the eulogies from the various speakers but this is what survived.  Never would've been a racing league without KO. <S> 68KO  :salute

So many I remember.

Thanks for keeping that list. Quite a few names there that I remember.

The loss of Pipz is still fresh. I still expect him to come on the loose deuce TeamSpeak with a "Shalom belly!", "happy friday!", or "pull my finger!".
Earl/ET37 is also a big one. His passing was heart breaking because we knew it was coming and was posting here his last stories, knowing they were his last.
Titbit, I don't know how many remember her - it was over a decade ago. Crazy British lady, she was fun to have around when we were in the 332nd Vikings.

Face it, we are a relatively small community of aging geezers. In such a population the loss rates are expected to be high.

The crowd in AH at the time was a great support.  Hiding in here was an escape.  Corky was invincible.  I wasn’t   :)  Scary that is been that long ago

While it was long ago, Dan, it's still an every day event.  Hang in there.

People often forget that the principle value of AH (and Bigweek!) is the community.  You make friends for life here, friends you may never meet in person, but people who make a difference in your life.
