Little green men

They are little (~4ft) but not green, their grey skin has a green tint in certain lighting conditions. They are not men but unisex and have somewhat humanoid features. There are 1000s, maybe 10,000, on Earth. It is hard to see them as they are shapeshifters taking the human form but occasionally they can be seen when caught unawhere. The Government knows they are here. Some could be in positions of power.

I'll get my tinfoil suit now. :D

Whether grey, green aliens, and/or demons exist or not, and are shooting AC-130s and other planes down, Is  speculative.  ( Hard for me to believe)

The real truth is that most in power are possessed, and do believe in crazy evil stuff. They might as well be aliens.
