When I was little back in the 60s we had the little green army men. Along with tanks and jeeps. We would get a new supply every time we went to visit my uncle. If it was raining we set them up down the hall and rolled marbles into them. If it was sunny we set them up around the trash burn barrels outside, added drops of model glue to them, then thumped matches at them off of matchboxes.

There lies the reason we always got new sets. LOL

The first year that series of GI Joe stuff came out, I had most of the entire set, including both those tanks, the goofy F14 like jet, the A10 like jet, the helo, all that and the figures.  Remember the tank you could move the turret forward and back which would make the treads move and it'd put around the floor.  Good times.  None of that stuff, or all my Star Wars stuff including the AtAt walker and a gen 1 Xwing with both Luke Skywalker figures survived my .22 and firecracker stages of early teens.  All blown to bits.
:rofl I was pod that Bottle rockets wouldnt achieve Take Off in those planes... So throw it further,Sis! PULL.....! You missed! Uh,NO...look at the wings!   22 was for popping heads off. Wish I had a penny for every .22 shell I shot at a GI Joe head! Dont know how I didnt melt down the barrel of that rifle. Got it when I turned 10///Marlin Model 60,semi auto with 4 power Tasco scope, was 1981. Still the most accurate rifle I own...which says alot.

I had all that stuff too... the F-14 Sky Striker, the Cobra A-10 Jet, and the SR-71 looking jet. There was a A-1G Cobra helicopter too. I knew someone who had the Aircraft Carrier.

I had some of the Star Wars stuff too. I was a little young for all of it though. None of it survived.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

I had a couple of these bad boys:

I was too young to have the F-14. By the time I knew one existed they were long out of production.  :cry

Greatest thing about the 80's was Pink Floyd's Momentary Lapse of Reason.

Pink Floyd is great, like Zack.  I went to see the Australian Pink Floyd.  They were awesome.

I'm in the crowd.  Can you see me?
