Squads in the SEA

The SEA currently has the bigweek map up, and I'm in a bigweek squad in there.  Will this affect my ability to form our squad for the TOD with different members?  Also, does anyone know when will the TOD map be up, so that we can download it?

SEA squads are just like the main. You must withdraw/disband your current squad to join another..........
