Target for Today (12-hour battle):  "Bavaria 1945"

USAAF vs. Luftwaffe in late-war strategic-bombing battle over Bavaria.

P-51D, P-51B, P-38L, B-17 vs. Bf 109K-4, Bf 109G-14, FW 190D-9, FW 190A-8, Me 262.

To run on May 11th.

To think, that area is where I was born and raised till I was 7, then my adoptive parents brought me to the USA!!!     Bamberg, Bavaria, West Germany. At the time it was still East and West lol!!! :cheers: :salute

Good call Odee.  There are two 1945 4th Mustang skins, one for the B/C and one for the D.  Would make it fun to mix the two in a group if for no other reason than the screen shots'  I'd fly a 4th B/C for that :)

Actually, the units are from the 15th, crossing the Alps from the south.
