Does 3 reports get you 30 min and then 3 more get you an hour and then 3 more get you 8 hours of no chat.

What would you have to do to get a ban other then outright cheating?

Dont be a love muffin and you wont get banned.
I speak from experience. As I said in an earlier post, I was banned so many times. To the point that skuzzy personally contacted me and told me "this is it, knock it off".

Believe it or not, I have had to report a few things written to me here and there in chat.  My friends the ULs do too when they see what was said to me.  Then I do not hear anything bad for quite a while...I think the system works for me.  I do not chat too much or send taunts anymore, people tend to get too upset.

+1  I just tune to Squad and Country.  If you are referring to 200 its just a nasty place to be, no point in getting worked up over jealous folks. <S>

You can check the arena settings to see what the report settings are.
