COs Please STEP UP -> Your country needs you !

Hello Folks!

We would like to introduce the pratice of announcing The COs for the repective sides in advance for the wekly events.

In order to do so we will make a Call for COs for the respective Weekend at the beginning of the week, pointing out what the Scenario will be. We would like you folks then to have a look and think about strategies on how you want to fight!

As soon as you are sure to make the Event, send in your applications to my e-mail adress at arpa@aon.at

We'll then announce the event as usually including the CO (and probable standby CO).

Why do we do this ?

a) We want YOU guys to have a little time in advance to organize things, develop your strategies and recruit your own Flight leaders in advance !

b) It will help US to organize things (because we'll have a person to bash on when things go chaos at frame start   (J/K))

what does it take to be CO ??

DEDICATION !
Try to make many events, be dedicated to the Scenarios goals and your team.

TEAM - PLAY !
Select your gropu leaders, get a strategy together and fly accordingly, if things don't go as planned you'll need all of them to turn the tide of battle  

PATIENCE !
Well all who have been in Scenarios already know sometimes it takes a lOT of patience to deal with struggling CMs   , walkons and these kind of things.

What does it do for you to be CO?

YOU GET THE BRAGGING RIGHTS !!  


Ok coming to this weeks events:

Saturday 3rd 3 PM EST: Snapshot - Rabaul, CM Redwing/Rocket

Sunday 4th 3 PM EST: Check 6! - PTO, CM Duckwing

This Check 6 will be a generic Setup PTO:

Allies will have:
P38, F4U-1D, F6F, B26, TBM
C47, M16, M3, PT Boats
IJN will Have:
Zero, KI-61 Tony(C205), Betty (JU88), C47, M16, M3, PT boats

Side Split 40 / 60

Situation:
The Allies are trying to get a foothoold in the pacific island chaines again. They will have to figth hard to get those Island groups back again, as the japanese presence is strong as ever, and the Japanese will have to defend them at all cost, as thesewill be the stepping stone for a blockade of the Homeland.

Detailed Orders: Will be Mailed  to the COs before the Frame
