You're right, a small number of players should not decide this.  I think a mass rpt should trigger a "Tribunal" where players are given 2 min to vote yes (".guilty") of no(".notguilty") on whether you get muted.  Like a map vote in some games.

You may have admirers who think you are being unfairly treated.  That would give them the chance to vote in your favor. 

I think someone who still thinks the Wishlist forum has a purpose should post that.

I'm sure HT knows when you get mass reported.  I'm sure that is one of the things he pays attention to.  So if he hasn't done anything about it...qui tacet consentire videtur.
