Speaking of the times.  With all the successful hacking going on everywhere.... how come nobody's loans have been getting deleted? :airplane:

Being male, an accident of birth. Being a man, a matter of age. Being a gentleman, a matter of choice.

Keep the borders open another 4 years and both will be accomplished from within imo..throw in a weak and ineffective if not corrupt justice system that doesn't prosecute nor imprison properly and it's a done deal

My buddy text me from Seattle yesterday within hours of landing.  He and his wife are heading out on an Alaskan cruise.  Shortly after arriving they stopped by two stores to pick up items for the trip.  At both stores they witnessed a person walk in, grab items, and walk out without paying.  Both cashiers said the same thing, "there's nothing we can do".  As my sister who lived in L.A. for several years told me, the people out here squeak, yet they continue to vote in the same policies.

for years employees were treated like crap and paid very little.  now you want them to be the sheriff.

as for your sister she should move to a place that aligns more with her policies.  that's what i would do.

Or list the states that encourage or allow thievery.  But that wasn't your initial excuse.  You justified thievery, did you not.

for as long as I've been in this country, employees have not been allowed to chase shoplifters.

One needs some balls and backbone. Finnish girls have both. Also, Polish men do not support thieves.

I managed several retail locations on my careee and telling new employees not to chase shoplifters is one of the first things you teach. Your life isn’t worth losing over a t-shirt.

If a job was asking me to chase shoplifters I would tell them go F themselves.
Back in 2022 after a loooooong break from 2010. Old name Ratpack, same for the BBS.

Squad I did the most tours with were the Excaliburs then The 172nd Rabid Dogs. Still trying to talk Illigaf, Coola, Oldman22, and Joecrow into coming back instead of being boring old farts!

Something is wrong when stores close because of shoplifting.
Here we put salt on Margaritas, not sidewalks.
