So which is better for every one?

9/8 or 9/15?

It's been less then a week since Johnny "Tequila Chaser (TC)" Spencer's passing and We have people Like Flossy from the wayback times expressing interest in attending.

I would say it's probably best to do this on 9/15 but we need to check with his Lindsey and her family on this, We want them to attend and we do not want to conflict with any IRL memorial events.

I honestly think the 15th, as long as it suits Lindsey, would be best and I feel SIK1's guidance is perfect for the event. I've never participated in anything like this before and wouldn't have a clue where to begin. Plus, I'd like to be part of it and have a 100% chance of making it home in time in order to make that happen. Plus, if it helps Flos and others to be able to make it, all the better. Either way, I'll be there.

I think next week would be good as well, tomorrow seems rushed.

Sik says he can do next week, a critical component. Sounds good here.
Far too many, if not most, people on this Board post just to say something opposed to posting when they have something to say.

Ok the sisters have talked it over and it looks like this is Happening Next Sunday.

Sunday 9/15 16:00(4p) PDT 19:00(7p) EDT

Meet up in the training arena 15+ minutes early.

Hopefully we can get a CM or Two and a Few ACTIVE Players to help set things up.

Looks like we will need someone to help set this up.

If Start in Training arena, should we stay there or head to another arena that is set up (And Free 2 Fly for non subscribers).

I have been meaning to get on the boards here all day but it's been "a day" for us here today.
We are both okay with the 15th, I'd prefer everyone who can make it, be able to/have enough time.

1900 edt is a little late for anyone on the other side of the pond. I believe that would be 2400 in London.

I am both happy and relieved this is gonna get pushed back a week. We want his daughters there so this works out great. I think Sik1 has laid out a good plan for the memorial itself.

So next week Sunday 9/15, in the TA.

I still believe 1600 edt is a better start time, that's 1300 pdt. That makes it a fairly reasonable time for anyone in Europe to attend, and should be before supper time for the east coasters, and after noon for the west coasters.

What time would TC's family prefer?
