I was talking to a few squadies Saturday night about the issues of unbalanced numbers and a few said that had someone come over into the MA and announced they needed a few Allied fighter in FSO they would have gone over and done FSO that night.
Its a small thing, but maybe when the numbers are out of balance send someone to the MA and ask for volunteers, you might get lucky and fill out your spots.
