kieren.. unfortunately, the Amish have gotten their way with the "perk" system... People are trying to amass "points" and the action is sorta dying.  

Unlike us, the Amish are very hard working.  They believe in "incrementilism"  They ask  "can't we just have this or that anal feature?"  Or, wouldn't it be more "realistic" if we just had to do this or that .. They go largely unapossed because.... well, us grasshoppers are lazy.

When they make it not fun enough we will simply stop attending.   Fortunately, some bright lad will come up with a new sim with less "features" and we can go there till the Amish discover it.
