somebody help quick!

my films are comming out fubarred! it'll start to play then after about 10 seconds the top half of the film freezes and the bottom half goes blurry and keeps on playing. anybody have any idea how to fix this?

i also keep getting this error

and the stupid thing wont close out...i have to do a hard reset every time. does this have something to do with directx?
