Help on a easy 1 i guess.

Got game yesterday and with My team mates We try to figure how can 2 players join same plane i.e bomber 1 as pilot the other as gunner but cant find any way to do it.
 So pls need a explanation about the ways to do it.

Type .join name  An example for my name [SpinDoc] would be:

.join Spindoc

these are called dot commands (hence the dot in front of the words). You can also use them for things such as salvo of bombs to release more than one at the same time. So if you wanted to drop 6 of the 500 lbs from a b17 you would type:

.salvo 6

2 ways

If I was pilot, you could join me by typeing into radio.

" .join ghosth "

Or if your in tower, click on hanger button.
In hanger there is a button on clipboard called   " Join ". It should bring up a list of pilots that you can join.

Warning, in the MA or other arenas ALWAYS ask permission before joining. As it causes a rather large window to pop up and may cause a lost kill or death.

1 thing I noticed you forgot in youre posts, on the H2H the player you are trying to join has to type .accept (player name).
