Hyas Gents
Now i must whine

Have Problems and in fight after last Patch. enm in front and when i will shot, the frames drop under 10 and in this moment its like a diashow. But its only when i shot.
They drop from 120 under 10 and went back after i stop shoting.

i have reinstalles the system and the game now many times. Buy new Hardware (Asus A7V333 and AMD1900) test it w Soundcard (SB 1024life) and without soundcard (using Motherboard Sound). test it w many Drivers for my GF3 and w 3 versions from Dx, but the Problem is all the time the same. Have never the Problems before the Patch comes.
Same is w Connection Problems. After latest Patch now 7 Discos in MA, i can only fly in european timezone w less Players. Weekend at US timezone, its only a Warp and Lag party, my connection sucks must of time.

There is no fun this time to Play AcesHigh. The small Maps, Lags, Warps, etc etc. Think its time to leave the game for a wile and test other games.

Try reducing hardware acceleration a notch or two

go to control panel
multimedia
audio
performance tab

but its not help

i tested it now, and i must say, its only when iam in fight and shot, or see the tracers from other planes, then the frames reduce rapidly for a diashow and went full back after a sec.
Its only online, i testet it offline and have normal 120-70 frames.
Smokes at Bases dont drop the framerate too, it goes down to 60-7ß frames but thats all.

Its a failure on my system? damn godness i never will install it again.

did anyone have the same Probs??

Whats w the Discos Skurj? Think i have after 1.90 in MA 12-18 Discos, 3+ in CT and 5-7 in TA.
The badest think is, i lost 3x 262 on Discos

discos are likely a combination of a bad route from you to the server and the overload on the isp connection HTC currently has to the main.

If it happened in arenas like the CT as well as the MA its most likely your connection, because the MA and CT are at different ISPs

You could experiment with your graphics settings, make sure 3d anti aliasing is off.

Have u installed any soundpacks?

Yes
Norton Internet Security, but it was installed bevore 1.90 Patch comes, and i have never Problems before w the firewall.

perhaps check your permissions in the firewall... better yet just try AH for 30 mins without the firewall up. That may shed some light.

If it is the firewall, gameplay will be back to normal without it running and you will then need to find out how to configure it.

First just try and clear out msconfig. Go to start and run, type msconfig and click ok. Choose the start up tab and uncheck everything except for scan registry and taskmon. Apply ok and reboot. If you experience the same issue then go to http://www.pingplotter.com Download there free where softeware, install it and do a trace to tpl.hitechcreations.com Save this as an image and send it to me.
